World Humanitarian Day: EWINGS Supports Senses Residential And Day Care For Special Needs
EWINGS, the managing operator of Emirates Loto, has helpedSenses Residential and Day Care for Special Needs in a philanthropic initiative to support children and young adults of determination. In light of World Humanitarian Day that took place on the 19 of August, EWINGS has provided support via the donation of required essential packages at the non-profit organisation.
The first and only residential care facility for people of determination in the UAE and the Middle East, Senses provides specialized programs that combine physiotherapy, speech, occupational therapy, vocational, life skills, sports and music therapy. The centre caters to children from the age of two to nineteen with mild or severe physical disabilities, mental disabilities, autism and Down syndrome. Created to be a home away from home for its students, Senses takes care of many of whom suffer from epilepsy and are in need of 24 hours of nursing care.
