Twitter Highlights The Continued Rise In K-Pop Conversations In The UAE During 2019

As we enter 2020, Twitter is showcasing the continued rise in K-pop conversations on its platform that took place in the UAE last year through its annual data pull of Tweets, hashtags and handles.

2019 saw 6.1 billion Tweets about K-pop globally on Twitter and K-pop’s rise in the UAE is being reflected across the platform, as the musical genre’s fan base continues its rapid growth in popularity. From some of the most liked Tweets, to the most mentioned handles, here are some of the 2019 K-pop Twitter highlights in the UAE:
