Transguard Group Launches Internship Programme For UAE National Students

Transguard Group has announced the launch of its new Emirati Talent Internship Programme, designed to provide UAE National students and recent graduates aged 18 and above with practical workplace experience across one of the country’s most diverse business environments.

Starting in September 2026, the programme will offer participants the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a range of operational and corporate functions. Internship opportunities will be available within Transguard’s operational businesses, including Security, Facilities Management and Transport, as well as support services such as Human Resources, Finance, Marketing and other corporate functions.

Designed to support varying academic and career pathways, the programme offers flexible internship durations that can accommodate university requirements, academic schedules and individual development goals. Interns will work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to real business projects while developing practical skills, professional confidence and industry knowledge.
