RMAL Hospitality Launches Its Ruwad Addiyafah Programme To Develop The UAE’s Next Generation Of Emirati F&B Entrepreneurs And Hospitality Leaders

Championing the next generation of hospitality professionals, RMAL Hospitality PJSC has announced the launch of Ruwad Addiyafah, a fully sponsored, 12-month, full-time employment programme created exclusively for young UAE nationals looking to build a future in F&B and hospitality. The first initiative introduced under RMAL Hospitality’s new Board of Directors, the programme will give participants the practical experience, commercial understanding, and mentorship needed to progress towards F&B entrepreneurship, operational leadership, and long-term careers in the private hospitality sector.

Unlike programmes focused on preparing participants for a single role, Ruwad Addiyafah provides a complete understanding of how an F&B business is built, operated, and grown. Participants gain first-hand exposure to the day-to-day realities of hospitality, alongside the corporate functions that underpin a successful business. This includes working across RMAL Hospitality’s diverse portfolio of international and homegrown restaurant brands, giving participants the opportunity to understand different operating models, customer propositions, and approaches to growth.

The programme begins with a Foundation Stage, during which participants will rotate across key areas of the business, including F&B service, culinary, food health and safety, procurement, finance, human resources, government relations, and marketing. By experiencing how these functions connect, participants will develop a broader commercial perspective and understand how decisions made across a business ultimately influence its people, operations, customer experience, and financial performance.

Participants will then enter a Specialisation Stage, choosing between Operational Leadership and Business Management, supported by direct professional mentorship. The aim is to build the confidence and capability to take responsibility for an entire business, equipping participants with an understanding that extends beyond individual job functions. Following successful completion of the programme, participants will have three potential pathways, either developing an F&B concept that may be considered for support and investment from RMAL Hospitality, launching an independent business using the experience and knowledge gained, or continuing to develop their career within RMAL Hospitality.

Applications can be submitted exclusively through the NAFIS platform, with Ruwad Addiyafah open to UAE nationals aged 18 and above who hold a minimum high-school certificate. No previous hospitality or F&B experience is required and successful participants will be employed full-time in either Dubai or Abu Dhabi, receiving practical training and professional development within RMAL Hospitality, a business that has operated in the UAE hospitality industry since 2007. The programme is intended for ambitious young Emiratis who are ready to commit to a full-time career and want to build the skills needed to become future hospitality leaders and entrepreneurs.

Through Ruwad Addiyafah, RMAL Hospitality is creating a practical pathway for young Emiratis to gain the experience and perspective required to shape the future of the UAE’s hospitality industry.
