Naomi Rose Bell – Beautypreneur

It is inspirational to talk to fellow entrepreneurs and learn from their trials and tribulations. The challenges in the entrepreneurial journey of no two people are alike, yet very similar in many ways.

I caught up with Naomi last week on Zoom to discuss her life as an entrepreneur. Naomi is from the UK and has been in Dubai since she was 5 years old. Naomi has had a passion for beauty since a young age. She studied her beauty therapy at York College, UK, and has over 10 years experience in the beauty industry.

Last February, Naomi launched her salon called NRBeauty in Motor City. Unfortunately, soon after there were lockdowns due to Covid so she had to wait patiently to restart her operations a few months later in July.  Her salon today implements all social distancing and Covid-protocols and offers a 100% safe environment for all clients.

Naomi is an expert beauty therapist and also the finalist at this year’s Professional Beauty Awards for Advanced Therapist of the Year. Her salon specializes in facials, eyelash services, massage, waxing, and everything in between.

NRBeauty has a team of highly qualified therapists and offers a range of bespoke beauty and skincare treatments. The salon has recently added Elemis Biotec Facials to the treatment range. This technology is state-of-the-art and brings 5 different features including oxygen, micro-current, galvanic, LED light therapy, and ultrasonic to her salon. These technologies are used together in different combinations to create 7 unique facials, which target all skin concerns, and the results are incredible.

Naomi is a hands-on entrepreneur and personally handles clients for various skin care treatments. She is currently hiring and looking for experienced beauty therapists to join her.

I asked Naomi what is her USP in this highly competitive industry. She said she focuses on providing excellent customer service and that also explains why she has so many loyal customers who visit her regularly. The exemplary reviews and testimonials on her website vouch for her credentials.

Naomi works long hours like most entrepreneurs and believes in leading by example. She wears many hats and yet maintains her composure at all times. When she is not with clients, she is busy promoting her business on Social media. She is results-driven and looking to expand her salon and offerings over the next few months.

Naomi’s future plans include starting a beauty training school in Dubai. With her passion for excellence, it is only a matter of time when she will realize her dreams.
