Metropolitan Group Launches Metropolitan Homes To Capitalise On Dubai’s Secondary Market
Metropolitan Group, a leading real estate group in the UAE, is launching Metropolitan Homes, a new brand dedicated to offering the full cycle of real estate services to secondary market sellers and buyers in Dubai.
Metropolitan Homes will be part of the biggest property brokerage group in the UAE which includes Metropolitan Premium Properties in Dubai and Metropolitan Capital Real Estate in Abu Dhabi.
Metropolitan Homes will be led by Alina Adamco, Head of Sales, who will oversee a team of 75 community experts spread across three departments; ‘Coastal’ communities, ‘Central’ locations and ‘Villas’. Alina Adamco will oversee the ‘Coastal’ team, Svetlana Vasilieva, Sales Director, will oversee the ‘Central’ team and Sumeet Khubchandani, Sales Director, will oversee ‘Villas’. Metropolitan Homes will also feature a dedicated leasing team which will be led by Leandre Adonis and will cater to rental enquiries across all the key communities.
The company’s community specialists will be based across the group’s 30,000sq. ft. offices located in Business Bay and Emaar Business Park and will work with buyers and sellers on properties from AED 1.5M and above.
The Metropolitan Homes ‘Coastal’ team will focus primarily on ready properties in beach neighbourhoods and iconic destinations such as Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, Bluewaters Island, Port de La Mer, Jumeirah Bay Islands while the ‘Central’ team will concentrate on Dubai’s in-demand residential and business locations such as Downtown, City Walk, Business Bay, Meydan, Dubai Creek among others. The ‘Villas’ team will focus on all the well-known gated communities such as Emirates Hills, Dubai Hills, District One, Jumeirah Golf Estates, Tilal al Ghaf and many more.
