The natural next step for Drink Dry was to launch their very own training and tasting ‘lab’. Hosted by Roberto’s DIFC in a dedicated bar space, Drink Dry Lab will house a team of mixologists who are ready to welcome Drink Dry clients and suppliers who can pre-book a morning appointment where they can explore and experience the NoLo revolution for themselves.

Guests will be able to pre-book and come along to learn more about the range of non-alcoholic drinks that fall under the Drink Dry portfolio, as well as have the chance to unleash their own inner mixologist and create some non-alcoholic cocktails for themselves. Whether you enjoy a non-alcoholic beer, sparkling wine or strawberry daquiri, there are many delicious options for you to choose from.

The Drink Dry Lab will also serve as a hub for existing hospitality operators who can book a slot to visit and work together with the experienced team to craft and create new drinks and unique menus for their own venues. A working space for new operators who are in their pre-opening phase, Drink Dry can also accommodate, create and advise on their opening drinks menus.
