BoxFetti Launches Exclusive Ramadan & Eid Collection In Collaboration With Emirati Artist Mariam Abbas

Party supply specialist, BoxFetti, has launched an exclusive new Ramadan and Eid Party Collection, designed by highly revered Emirati artist Mariam Abbas.

A limited edition line of products including paper cups, plates and napkins, the Ramadan and Eid collection is not only high quality but also eco-friendly – and is as perfect for desert picnics as it is for children’s meals or garden celebrations for Iftar, Suhoor or Eid.  Featuring Mariam Abbas’s beautifully hand drawn designs influenced by the elaborate details of Arabian carpets and soft earthy tones of the desert, this exclusive product line is subtle and elegant, incorporating neutral shades, Arabic references and hints of modern calligraphy in homage to the Holy Month of Ramadan and the Eid Al Fitr Holiday.

Renowned for her incredibly intricate drawings, Mariam’s sketches and miniature art focuses on Arabic culture and surroundings and has not only been featured on Instagram’s official account but also commissioned by clients including Etihad Airways and KitKat Arabia.

Mariam spoke of her inspiration for the BoxFetti collaboration, saying, “Traditionally, the rug was where the family gathered in a home. In modern times, however, that’s no longer the case. For the BoxFetti collection, I drew inspiration from that very rug, to evoke a sense of nostalgia.”
