Aafaq Islamic Finance Launches Exclusive “Happiness” Package For Dubai’s DED Employees

In conjunction with the “International Day of Happiness” celebrated around the world in March, Aafaq Islamic Finance launches a new “Happiness” package for employees of the Dubai Department of Economic Development

The initiative aims to promote happiness and spread positivity among the various segments of society with financial services allocated exclusively to the employees of DED in Dubai, providing them with special packages for retail products from “Aafaq”, in accordance of Islamic Sharia.

The United Arab Emirates places great importance to achieving the happiness of all citizens, residents and visitors by providing a stable environment with security, safety and decent livelihoods and has taken proactive measures to ensure the immunization, safety and the health of individuals.

In this context, Rashid Mahboob Al Qubaisi, CEO of “Aafaq Islamic Finance” said: “Since the founding of the UAE, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, (May God rest his soul) strived to make his people happy in various ways. The UAE adheres to this approach to this day, as His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, created a Ministry of Happiness by appointing His Excellency OhoudKhalfan Al Roumi as the first Minister for happiness. The UAE pioneers in establishing a Ministry of Happiness. ”

He added, “For our participation in the celebration International Day of Happiness, we launched a new happiness package for DED employees in Dubai, to benefit from a set of introductions and packages that include credit cards, personal loans, real estate financing and car financing.”

Al Qubaisi praised the strategic and continuous relationship between “Aafaq Islamic Finance” and DED, which produces initiatives, programs and services that serve the employees and community members and contribute to their happiness.

Ms. Yusra Baqi, Head of Marketing and Happiness Department at Aafaq, praised the launch of the new “Happiness” package and the wise vision of the UAE government in securing everything that would provide security, safety, stability, comfort and happiness for citizens and visitors.

Aafaq Islamic Finance won first place in the award for the “Happiest Workplace in the Private Sector” for the year 2018 for private sector organizations, and in 2019 it won the “Best Employee Engagement Program” and “Best Public Health Program in Place Work “for three years in a row.
