Rabee Securities has announced its official participation in the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) through the Tabadul platform, a significant step towards closer integration between the Iraq Stock Exchange (ISX) and ADX.
The company has also received authorisation from the UAE Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) to operate as a remote trading broker on ADX.
This milestone will give the company’s clients in Iraq direct access to shares of ADX-listed companies, expanding their reach into one of the region’s leading financial markets. At the same time, it opens the door for investors in the UAE and across the region to explore the Iraqi market, supporting portfolio diversification and boosting investment flows between the two countries.
Commenting on the announcement, Shwan Ibrahim Taha, Chairman of Rabee Securities, said: “We are proud to be part of this investment and economic bridge connecting the Iraqi and Abu Dhabi markets, which will create new opportunities for investors on both sides. We hope this marks the beginning of wider cooperation, encompassing a broader range of investment channels and financial instruments across various sectors.”
The Tabadul platform represents an advanced model of financial market integration, giving investors and brokerage firms access to regional markets through a secure and sophisticated trading environment, while enhancing the appeal of the region’s financial markets.
This development aligns with Rabee Securities’ strategy to expand its regional presence, deliver comprehensive brokerage services that meet clients’ evolving needs, and reinforce the Iraqi market’s position within the regional investment landscape.
